Everybody wants to goto Heaven but nobody wants to die to get there!
this statement has been around for awhile im a tad bit lazy to figure out exactly who wrote it, with some searching i found that i a lyric from a song but the writer.. its list two differnt people but thats neither here nor their... Im just glad they thought write it so i could write about it. i didnt take the time as i previously stated to read the rest of the song but in a nutshell of people wanting to be able to "reap the benefits without doing the work".
This is something i have found that alot of Christians are doing these days, im not judging i just making a point if you are offended im sorry but i rather to examine yourself now and fix it then have to examine yourself in the mist of the Father when its too late...
I see that there is this misstep in alot of peoples lives where they are trying to blend the doctrine of themselves and the doctrine of God together to get this super formula that makes them to be able to experience and enjoy the pleasures of sin and still live a fully functioning God fearing relationship "were my grace and mercies are extend so much to the point of even my willing sins are acceptable in Gods eye because that the kind of relationship that Having the will to willing sin and in all i can come from the club and with alcohol is in me attend church.( not saying God is not accepting into his house but you must understand you are hindering your worship hindering you relationship. your oxidizing your contacts( your letting things get in between you and God and there for you connection is not as it should be its flawed not as strong as it could be without this insulator " the kind of relationship where people say things that dont make much sense like "Me and God had a talk and he is totally fine with defiling his temple... he told me its cool to smoke weed and he told me i could drink and party and as long say im sorry later" and " these women im out here sleeping with are not my wife so treat them as i may because he's got one lined up special that no man has touched just for me as a reward for my whorish ways" now how does that sound???
A God holier beyond belief agreeing to the sins of the flesh just so you live it up and then party it up with Jesus when u get to Zion?

Sorry i rant and rave so stay with me i promise im going somewhere with this... so look at what is said "Everybody wants to goto Heaven but nobody wants to Die"
The natural we look at the fear of death, something that has been instilled in us fear death and fear the unknown.
Why is that? because when you live a life that sort kinda has God in it you are a borderline saint or someone with no faith at all you kinda look at it like its a toss up i could go either way. im an Angel one day and a Devil another...you fear where your going.. without ever really thinking the logically thought of if im really that scared of dying and which way im Going, why not Seek God for some assurance.
As a Child of God this quote should mean something totally different and your outlook should be a little different
first we should know ,You cannot die and goto heaven thats is a oxymoronic statement
we learn that the wages of sin is death. not natural death but spiritual death is eternal torment thus to be separate from God eternally, HEAVEN is eternal life not death, Jesus took away the sting of death on the the cross.
secondly
We learn we need " To be separate from this world" and "We are to live in this World but not be of the World"
How May you do such a thing? i cant truly separate myself from something that surrounds me? the bible instructs us "to die daily" to Mortify this flesh," put this sinful flesh under submission. Or as i like to say "mortify this flesh before rigamortus set in"
we must control this man. its shouldn't control us, we are not perfect but we should press to mark. and not accept easy defeat attributed to disillusions that we can do all that the world does still be holy as we should be
Im not saying its the easiest thing to do, b that why we must continue to go forth in this journey with diligence and obedience and letting the spirit of the Lord increase and let ourselves decrease.
Cut away things that we think we need but we dont
